    Open All Levels Classes are open to all City Fitness Members as well as Inner Bliss Yoga members! All other classes are open only to those with Yoga memberships.


Gentle/Moderate Yoga: Flows at a gentle-to-moderate pace and physical intensity; perfect for beginners and all levels of experience.

Moderate/ Vigorous Yoga: Flows at a moderate-to-vigorous pace and physical intensity. Experienced beginners thru advanced practitioners.

Moderate/Vigorous Plus**: A slightly more advanced version of Moderate/vigorous flow/

Core Yoga: Tone, Fortify and Cleanse through a series of Yoga, Pilates and other core strengthening movements. Total body stretching, toning, breathing and finally relaxations techniques make this w well rounded class. All Levels are welcome.

Pilates Playground: A traditional mat Pilates class based on the principles of Joseph Pilates using resistance balls and weights. This class focuses on complete body conditioning in addition to improving your abdominal strength, flexibility, posture, and relaxation.

Prenatal Yoga: Expecting Moms at all stages of pregnancy are welcome to join this community of women. Nurture mom and baby in a safe class that will support you through out your pregnancy.

Mommy/ Daddy and Me Yoga: Mom and Dad: Enjoy an hour of physically invigorating yoga with your little one(s) in a community of parents with their infants, toddlers and young children!
