Prenatal Yoga with Nora Monday and Wed. 10:30-11:45am Classes are on-going. Registration is encouraged but drop-ins are welcome. Join a community of women dedicated to nurturing themselves and their babies throughout their beautiful, but oh so challenging pregnancies! During this on-going class we will explore physical postures and relaxation techniques that stretch and strengthen the body, relieve common discomforts of pregnancy, and prepare the body for birth. Beginner to advanced yoga students are welcome, as well as women at all stages of their pregnancy. Mommy and Me Yoga with Iva Monday 10-11 and Wed. 10:45-11:45 Bond with your baby while taking an authentic yoga classe! Mommy's and babies and toddlers enjoy this class together! |
