A gret slower paced class for beginners! Pilates Flow: Tone, Fortify and Cleanse through a series of Yoga, Pilates and other core strengthening movements. Total body stretching, toning and breathing and finally relaxations techniques. All Levels are welcome. Pilates Playground: A traditional mat Pilates class based on the principles of Joseph Pilates using resistance balls and weights. This class focuses on complete body conditioning in addition to improving your abdominal strength, flexibility, posture, and relaxation. Prenatal Yoga: Expecting Moms at all stages of pregnancy are welcome to join this community of women. Nurture mom and baby in a safe class that will support you through out your pregnancy. Mommy/ Daddy and Me Yoga: Mom and Dad: Enjoy an hour of physically invigorating yoga with your little one(s) in a community of parents with their infants, toddlers and young children! |
